Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (907 g) lean ground beef
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage + carrots)
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 12 white button mushrooms, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine, breaking up the ground beef.
