Evaluation and subscription enrollment

Glow Natural Wellness provides an initial evaluation to determine your eligibility for treatment. This consultation is limited to a review of your health history and an assessment of whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Participation in the evaluation does not guarantee approval for treatment or enrollment in a subscription plan.

We reserve the right to deny treatment at our sole discretion. If you are not eligible for your medication for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.

If a provider prescribes treatment, you will be automatically enrolled in the corresponding subscription plan. By proceeding, you consent to be charged according to the subscription plan you selected during sign-up. All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.

If at any time you decide not to continue, contact us at support@glownaturalwellness.com. You will not be billed further.

Not medical advice

The contents of the Site and Services are for informational purposes only and are intended to assist you in understanding your health. The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services

Services offered through the Site are not health insurance benefits or policies and are not intended as a substitute for health insurance. By ordering from glownaturalwellness.com you agree that you may not submit a claim for telemedicine services provided to Medicare, any other federal payor, or any state or private payor.

While there may be a preferred pharmacy, you may direct your prescription to any pharmacy of your choosing. Email support@glownaturalwellness.com if you would like to use your own pharmacy before completing your order.

There is no guarantee that a patient will be treated by a provider. As determined by the provider, care or specific treatments may not be appropriate for each patient. Each provider reserves the right to deny care for potential misuse of services or for any other reason if, in the provider’s professional judgment, the provision of services is not medically or ethically appropriate. There is no guarantee that a patient will be issued a prescription; that decision will be made in the provider’s professional judgment.
