Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt, divided
  • 454 grams Ground Bison
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sage

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower and cook until fork-tender, about 5–8 minutes. Add the peas and half the salt, then cook for another minute. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the bison in the same skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain any excess liquid. Season with the remaining salt and ground sage.
  4. Combine and serve: Divide the buttery cauliflower, peas, and savory bison onto plates. Enjoy warm and nourishing!
