Shipping Policy

At Glow Natural Wellness, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order is placed, it will typically ship within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping
Orders within the continental United States are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally arrive within 4–5 business days after dispatch.Customers in Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer delivery times. We strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout.

  • Please note that Express Shipping does not shorten order processing time—orders still require 2 business days to process before shipment. Express service expedites the carrier’s delivery once your order has shipped.
  • For customers in Hawaii, even with Express Shipping, delivery may still take longer than expected due to carrier and routing limitations.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. However, international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please note that once your package leaves the United States, Glow Natural Wellness is not responsible for any delays, holds, or confiscations by customs. International purchasers assume all risk for products that may be delayed or held in transit.
  • It is also the customer’s responsibility to understand any product restrictions or import limitations in their destination country before placing an order.

Telemedicine & Prescription Medication Shipping

  • Telemedicine products and prescription medications are available for shipping within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping for prescription medications.
  • Once your medical intake form is completed and approved by a licensed provider, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
  • Orders typically ship within 24 hours after approval. You’ll receive tracking information by text message as soon as your order is handed off to the carrier.
  • Telemedicine products and prescription medications cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for all prescription medication orders.
  • Testosterone products cannot be shipped to certain states or jurisdictions, including Missouri, Washington, DC, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Indiana.
  • Some medications may be temperature sensitive. When required, they are packaged with temperature-controlled materials to help protect the product during transit. Occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other circumstances outside of our control, but extended transit time does not necessarily mean the product has been compromised.
  • If your prescription order appears delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us with your order number so we can help contact the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected events such as weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, or service interruptions beyond our control may affect delivery times.
