Answer: After filling out your intake questionnaire, you will be send a convenient at-home saliva or blood spot test that will provide your baseline numbers for estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Every 4-6 months, we will retest your estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone levels and make adjustments to your BHRT program, to ensure you hormones get and stay balanced.

Answer :We absolutely monitor and improve testosterone levels as part of the Healthy Hormone Club.  We use topical DHEA to impact testosterone levels favorably and naturally.  DHEA is the precursor to testosterone and when given topically it is very effective in bringing a woman’s testosterone levels into the optimal range. This is a more natural way to boost testosterone in women. And we have had great results with less side effects than testosterone.

Answer : The length of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy depends on the individual health conditions and the type of hormonal imbalance.
