Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups oats (quick or rolled)
  • ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ cups frozen berries

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat milk, applesauce, and maple syrup.
  3. Stir in the oats, flaxseed, and cinnamon until well combined. Fold in the berries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
