This test requires a blood draw at a local lab.  Test requisition form will be emailed to you once your order is placed.  This test is only available inside the United States, except in the following restricted states:  New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.  If you live outside the US or in a restricted state, you may order the Thyroid Blood Spot Test.
