How do I access my member portal?
When you first sign up, you will have a unique link sent to your email address and this link will allow you to set up your member portal access. You only have to do this once. After that, you can simply click the button at the top of this page to access your membership portal.
If you are having trouble locating that unique link that was sent to your email address, please reach out to our clinical team.
How do I complete my hormone test kit?
Follow the simple instructions inside your test kit. If you have any questions or need help just give us a call at 1-855-928-4442 and we’ll walk you through it!

Where do I find my hormone protocol?
You will find your hormone protocol on the homepage of your member portal. You can view and download it for easy access.
When will my hormones arrive?
Once your initial consultation is complete, your hormone creams will ship out the next business day and arrive at your doorstep in 5-7 business days( US based members). For international members, your hormone creams will ship out the next business day, following your initial hormone consultation, but shipping times may vary.
How do I complete my hormone retest and what should I do if I do not have a test kit on hand?
Please see the following instructions on how to complete your hormone retest. (Attached and titled Everything You Need to Know About Your Hormone Retest) . If you do not have a test kit on hand or are having trouble completing your retest, please reach out to our clinical team so that we can help. (Pdf Link)
How long do I need to wait to shower/swim/sweat after applying the hormones?
We recommend waiting 10-15 minutes after hormone application to shower, sweat or swim. It is also recommended to avoid applying moisturizers and oils in the areas that you apply your creams.
How long does it take for my symptoms to resolve once starting the hormones?
If you have consistently used the hormones for 4 weeks and have not noticed any symptom improvement, we encourage you to check in with our clinical team! Some symptoms take longer than others to resolve however, we may be able to recommend a dose adjustment.
Do I need to worry about the hormones transferring onto my husband or kids?
No! The hormone creams are fully absorbed into your skin after rubbing them in for the recommended 60-90 seconds.
