Activate your HHC portal

Welcome to the Healthy Hormone Club! We are so excited to walk alongside you in your journey to hormone balance.

To kick off this amazing journey, I would like to provide you with the information you need to access your member portal and begin completing your forms. Below, you will find step by step instructions along with a couple of short videos to guide you through this part of the process.

How to activate your member portal account:
1. Upon enrollment, you will receive an activation email from Dr. Michelle Sands with the title “Your Glow Natural Wellness Patient Portal Access”
2. Open email
3. Click on the green button that says, “Activate My Account”
4. Enter in your email address
5. Select a password
6. Select correct time zone
7. Check the box to agree to terms of service and privacy
8. Click sign up

Once you have activated your account, you can now log in and begin completing your intake forms. These are the three forms that you will need to complete before we can ship out your hormone test kit:

1.      Healthy Hormone Club BHRT intake form

2.      Glow Natural Wellness Healthy Hormone Club Program Agreement

3.     GNW HIPPA Notice of Privacy Practices

Get the Practice Better mobile app

Now that you have activated your account and completed all your forms, you are one step closer to hormone balance.

Today, I would like to show you how to download the Practice Better app on your mobile device. This secure HIPPA compliant app allows you to access all of the information you will need regarding the Healthy Hormone Club like test results, testing due dates, appointments, and protocols.  Our clinical team sends all communications through your Practice Better member portal, so having the app ensures you do not miss a thing!

And if you ever need help, you can use the chat feature inside the app to message the clinical team.

Once you have downloaded the app, be sure your notifications are turned on. You can do this by:

1.       Going to the settings on your mobile device
2.      Click on notifications
3.      Scroll down until you see Practice Better
4.      Click on Practice Better
5.      Make sure allow notifications is turned on (the button will be highlighted in green)

Access chat and schedule consultations

As a member of the Healthy Hormone Club , we want you to know that you are supported every step of the way. That is why we provide you with a way to reach out to us easily and efficiently right inside your member portal.

Inside your member portal, you will find a chat feature located at the top of your dashboard. This chat feature allows you to reach out to our clinical team any time you have a question.

Also, as a Healthy Hormone Club member, all of your consultations are included in your membership. We offer three types of consultations: 

  1. Initial Hormone Consultation– This is your very first consultation with one of our highly trained Hormone Specialists. They will go over your initial hormone results and create your personalized hormone protocol.
  2. Retest Review Consultation– This is the consultation you will receive with each retest.
  3. 15-Minute Check In Call– This consultation is if you need additional support.

You can find the box to request a session at the top of your dashboard.

Our desire is for you to feel seen and heard so we encourage you to utilize these resources at any time.

Healthy Hormone Academy

As a Healthy Hormone Club member, you get access to Dr. Michelle’s Healthy Hormone Academy. This is a series of modules that are designed to be worked through slowly alongside your hormone replacement therapy.

The first three modules have been unlocked for you and the rest of the modules will be unlocked on a weekly basis. As you navigate through the material, we encourage you to implement the strategies Dr. Michelle discusses in order to see optimal results!

To make sure you are prepared, Dr. Michelle has included step-by-step instructions on how to complete your hormone test when it arrives. You can find these instructions, along with videos, inside the module titled, “Watch First.” This module is located in the Healthy Hormone Academy, which can be found inside your member portal.
