Hi, I’m Kaila! I’m a wife and mom to 3 amazing boys that I homeschool. I’m a Board Certified Functional Nutrition

Counselor, Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified in Holistic Nutrition, and Certified Personal Trainer.

I pursued a career in healthcare almost 15 years ago but recently crossed over into the functional space.

Being able to combine the two allows me to help serve others with a more whole approach.

When I’m not working, I enjoy camping, going to the lake, and hiking with my family.
