Anna is a professional, private chef. She spent several years traveling abroad, eating and cooking in everything from local markets to Michelin restaurants.
Growing up on a farm with a diabetic brother, nutrition and cooking from scratch was second nature. Due to poor care of her own health, her culinary career came to a halt after becoming significantly ill.
Because of this, Anna has focused the past couple years on healing and rebuilding.
She is pursuing studies in Clinical Nutrition and getting her health coach certification.
A recipe and travel memoir is also in the works.

Anna lives with her husband Wesley in the Ozarks. When not cooking or researching something health-related, you will most likely find Anna outdoors, traveling, assisting Wesley on real estate projects, singing, running, or playing volleyball.
